Wanda,
thanks again for the most wonderful experience I have ever had.
I've had many great trips to other places, but this tops them
all.

So
many favorites--- Balthali, Bhatapur, Begnas, Garden of Dreams,
Dwarikas. The trip surpassed my expectations--- and a lot of that
has to do with the wonderful itinerary that you put together and
your choice of places to see and to stay. I feel extremely grateful
that I was able to experience Nepal with you and our group.

Day
Five: Wanda quietly adapts our program on realizing that most
of us just may have overestimated our physical fitness. We are
all good on the flat but this is a country of ups and downs It's
the "ups" that take their toll.

Watching
the sun come up over the mountains was the first time in a long
time that I felt absolute peace, and all I have to do is think
of that morning and it comes back to me. That and yoga breathing
techniques with Raju are the best souvenirs I brought home.

Thank-you
for making my time here in Nepal such an enjoyable and memorable
one. It was a pleasure to have meet you, and trekked in your company.
Your vibrant personality made for many laughs and fun times, your
organization was a credit to you. I have had a great time, and
hope to return here in 2008 en-route to Tibet.

Anyways,
I just wanted to thank you again for all of your effort, patience,
and time that you put into these trips. I had an absolutely amazing
time and I am already starting to think of where I will go when
I return. I think that everyone else in the group would agree
that your intense enthusiasm for Nepal and its people is truly
a gift that is rare
and admirable.

Scutt (Panchase Camping Trek October 2003)
I
am a relatively new addict to trekking and yes visiting Nepal
is addictive even at 60+ yrs! I have wanted to travel to the Himalaya
for many years now and it was finally with much fear and trepidation
I went with Wanda in Oct 2003. I can only compliment Wanda's expertise
in personally organising the trek details, keeping the motivation
going from booking right up to departure even to 1:1 via email,
dealing with all the "what happens if...." that a keen
but novice trekker kept coming up with!
Since
then I went back in '04 and now in October '05 attempting to get
to Base Camp, mainly with Wanda's knowledge, encouragementand
prompting.
Trekking
in Nepal be it a Cultural Trek/Tour with minimal walking, to a
Camping type trek and even a higher altitude trek requires expert
first hand knowledge of the area, the local people, their customs
and safety for the traveller as far as food, drink and accommodation
is concerned. In addition the Leader has to have above average
group handling capabilities as well keeping the porters and guides
she uses happy. In all these facets of travelling in the most
dramatic scenery and amongst an incredible people, Wanda has my
total support and recommendation." Michael Scutt

Thank
you Wanda. You have been incredibly accommodating to our bolshy
little budget bunch. We have all really enjoyed getting to know
our special leader, team mate and friend. You have endured all
our headaches for us and made everything so easy. All we had to
do was walk and enjoy the places beyond our imaginations and expectation.

"Thought
I'd write you a quick note to keep in touch. I have been copying
out some of the rough notes from our trip into my diary and still
thinking how lucky were to do such a fantastic trip. Thanks soooo
much for making it possible!!!. We had a really good time and
(as Kathryn has probably said) would love to go back again some
day (a bit of saving needed first unfortunately). It makes good
grist for day dreams during work at least.
